What are shipping options and fees?
There is a standard shipping fee of ₱180 for orders in the Philippines. Orders values over ₱3,000 are eligible for free standard shipping.
We use Gogo Xpress as our partner courier, and their standard shipping time is 3 days within Metro Manila and 5-7 days for the rest of the Philippines.
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, we aim for the shipping times shown. However, please note that holidays, natural disasters and delivery carrier disruptions may sometimes cause delays.
How can I track my order?
Once your payment has been confirmed, our partner courier will update you via SMS regarding your shipment status.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We've partnered with PayPal and Xendit to offer you secure and convenient options to pay. This gives you access to use your credit card, Gcash or bank transfers to BPI or Unionbank.
How do I care for my activewear?
To ensure longevity, always wash your activewear inside out, whether by hand or in a washing machine. Handwashing in cold water with like colors is preferred. If using a washing machine, select the delicate cycle and place items in a laundry bag to minimize friction. Avoid fabric softeners, and do not use a dryer. Lay flat to dry for best results. For specific care instructions, please refer to the care label inside each garment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
➳ Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
➳ Product Condition: Items should be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
➳ Packaging: All original tags must be attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
➳ Odor-Free: Items must be free from any scents, including perfumes, smoke, or body odors.
➳ Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
➳ For hygiene reasons, underwear and accessories such as socks are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon receipt.
To initiate a return or refund:
➳ Email our customer support team at hey.teamspirit@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
➳ Prepare Your Return: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags.
➳ Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to confirm they meet the eligibility criteria within 3 working days. If approved, we will issue a refund equivalent to the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to your account. Our customer service team will notify you via email once the process is complete.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy or are submitted outside the specified return period.
